Update on Missouri provisional ballots

News on the status of Missouri’s counting has been light today, but the Post-Dispatch finally posts this to their political blog.  7,000 provisional ballots remain to be judged, mostly from urban and African-American polling places in KC and STL.  Provisional ballots are cast when there is a question about a voter’s registration, and the ballot is only counted if the voter was later judged to be legit.  It will be a couple of weeks before this is all finished.
