Merry Christmas from your sanitation workers

While they won’t come and wrap your presents or bake your Christmas ham, they will pick up unlimited trash through the end of the year. December 26-31 is a “no trash tag” period in KCMO.  The two-bag rule is suspended and you can set out as many bags of non-recyclable trash as you want without worrying about the red tags.

KCMO residents can also take their old Christmas trees to either the Chouteau or Raytown Road Leaf/Brush Drop Off Centers. There is a $5 charge and you need proof of residency.
