I'm a bike commuter through the fairer months, and just a couple weeks after starting, I altered my course to avoid the roads near a Wal-Mart. I had to deal with more aggressive drivers and rude remarks in that one intersection than on the entire rest of my commute. Coincidence? Sure it is. How interesting.
