Red Mango fro-yo chain coming to KC

The Star’s Joyce Smith reports that Elliott Threatt is bringing the Red Mango frozen yogurt chain to Kansas City.  A Plaza/UMKC location will open in April, with West 39th Street and suburban locations planned for the future.

This should be good news for the folks who seek validation of a city’s worth by the national chains it has present :)
