Update 2/15 – Souperman has also closed :(

Bad news for local foodies.  1924 Main in the Crossroads district will serve its last meal this weekend.  The restaurant just broke the news on its Facebook page.  We feel bad for the Dalzell family having to close 1924 Main so soon after being forced out of CheBurger in a rent dispute with Cordish and the P&L Distric.  They do say that the Manifesto speakeasy in the basement will remain open, but there is no word their other restaurants, Souperman and Pizza Bella.

I am very sad to hear 1924 Main is closing and that Souperman is closing too since their food is prepared at 1924 Main. The one glimmer of hope and greatness about this post is that Manifesto will continue to be open. Ryan Maybee is an awesome guy who serves great drinks. Thanks for this glimmer of good news.

Pizza Bella is “temporarily closed” according to the top of the web site http://www.pizzabellakc.com
ChefBurger still open but Dalzell is not longer part of the ownership group.
