City invests in new entertainment trolley while cutting public transit budget

The Star has all the details on The Kansas City Strip, a new private trolley route linking the city’s various entertainment districts – Power & Light, Crossroads, 18th and Vine, Union Hill, Westport, Plaza, Brookside, and Waldo.
